Data we collect

Through the pre-registration form: the player’s name, age, school or university, position, city, state and country; the name of the person filling in the form (parent or guardian when the player is under 18), email, phone or WhatsApp, interest in the program price and comments.

How we use it

• To send you the application, dates and program information.
• To invite you to info sessions and follow up on your application.
• To understand interest and price fit so we can plan the program.

Minors

We only accept data about players under 18 when the form is filled in by their parent or guardian, or with their consent.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your data. We only share it with providers needed to run the site and the program (for example web hosting and email), or when the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to contacto@thenexteurostep.com. We will reply within a reasonable time.

Retention

We keep pre-registration data for up to 24 months or until you ask us to delete it.
